If these coin formations were impossible then images of them would not exist. You have images of them, ergo they are not impossible.

I thought i was listening to my physicsteacher, but obviously i missed the lesson when she explained that!!

it's not glue kids. Ever go to school? Try taking some basic physics. 
Glue is cheating. Using counterbalances, and patience is all it takes. 
No glue is needed for any of that.
